As principais tendências e estudos de diversas áreas da acústica apresentadas por especialistas internacionais no Inter-Noise 2024, realizado na cidade de Nantes, na França, foram o foco das apresentações e reflexões durante o Insights Inter-Noise 2024 - um café da manhã promovido pela ProAcústica, no último dia 17 de setembro.
O Inter-Noise 2024, em Nantes, na França, teve muito do gostinho de Brasil. Para convidar e atrair a comunidade internacional para o Inter-Noise 2025 São Paulo a ProAcústica preparou uma série de ações que deram grande visibilidade e mostrou o quanto o Brasil está engajado em fazer um congresso inesquecível no ano que vem.
A nova versão 5 da certificação Leed, em desenvolvimento, tem ligado o sinal de alerta de especialistas. A revisão aponta para uma redução e generalização dos referenciais técnicos de acústica, se comparados às exigências nas versões anteriores. Se aprovada, irá impactar negativamente a qualidade de desempenho acústico do setor da construção no Brasil e no exterior.
Com a inovação tecnológica no setor financeiro, a desburocratização e a flexibilização, tornou-se cada dia mais frequente o atendimento remoto através de canais digitais no lugar das agências físicas tradicionais. É o caso desse projeto concebido para agências digitais instaladas em dois prédios comerciais, em São Paulo.
“Menos barulho, cidade saudável, baleia feliz!” Este foi o “grito” de alerta que a ProAcústica criou para chamar a atenção da população durante o INAD 2024 - Dia Internacional da Conscientização sobre o Ruído, quando a escultura em formato de Baleia, em frente ao teatro do Edifício B32, em São Paulo, acordou resguardada por gigantes protetores auriculares amarelos.
Compatibilizar todos os elementos arquitetônicos em um prédio comercial já existente com as soluções de condicionamento acústico nem sempre é uma tarefa fácil. E foi esse um dos desafios para a implantação do projeto acústico nas novas instalações da The Walt Disney Company Brasil, em São Paulo.
